Not long after I requested my start-up kit I received it via UPS ( remember, I did not purchase the suggested start up kit as it was too much $$ at the time - now I reqret it! See below posts.).

I was very happy with what I receive for the price I paid. However: I did find some of the samples were busted open. I had 7 sample packs of dog and cat food damaged. I called the customer service at Triology International and there was no problem reporting the damaged items, and in two days I had replacements. So, I can vouch that the customer service is on the ball. They did not question me and I kept the damaged packs for my pets.

So now, I felt I had plenty to start business. I created business cards specifally for the pet food and started moving the samples. In two days I had requests for the samples and a few orders.
