When you purchase a website that is already made; that may even have existing members, but most importantly, the website is ready to make you money; then you are purchasing a turnkey website.

The first turnkey website I purchased was a PTC (paid-to-click) website. The package included the preinstalled script, all graphics, and the domain name. I had to take over the hosting (cheap). It was too easy! Two days later I purchased another, then another… I became addicted!

I have since sold those two sites and made a decent profit, so I guess that is another aspect of turnkey websites that becomes addictive - selling them again and making a profit!
