Yoga For Health & Productivity
I’ve been an avid praticioner of yoga for 15 years. I use it daily to help focus my attention and to keep stress at bay.
I am excited to offer a new ebook about Yoga and Meditation. This ebook I highly recommend if you are finding yourself stressed, unfocused, or even depressed. I ran a yoga studio for three years and so I can say - this book covers the basics and has very practical and and workable exercises for the beginner.
This ebook comes with illistrations and clear instructions; plus if you get the ebook, and you have any questions you can email me (5buckbanners @ gmail.com) and I will be happy to explain any concepts or exercises.

Obama & French President… This is funny. :)
I think President Obama was watching his step… but and French President, Nicolas Sarkozy. ;)
Avoid Work-At-Home-Burn-out! Go to the office!
The other day I was at the library and saw a few people working on their laptops. I asked the librarian how they are able to be online. She replied that the library had an open wireless network.
I asked how much to use it? She said free.
Brilliant! I have been experiencing work-at-home-burn-out and bothered by my lack of motivation, and I figured that by getting out of the house and possibly working at the library I might get myself out of this rut. Since my business is Internet Based; this is ideal!
So today - right now… I am sitting at a desk, with a beautiful view of a golf course in Rancho Mirage, CA. I am hooked into free internet, I have my Rhapody music service streaming through my head set, and I am inspired!
I love my new office. The air-conditioning is free (The desert here can get as hot as 120 degrees in the summer months!), I don’t pay for the electric, and it is very quiet. When I feel like a break there is a nice cafe here that I can grab a tea.
I think it is important to get into a routine when you work at home. You need to find tricks to motivate yourself to work. I often find my garden, or the pool causes me to become distracted. Also, the chores waiting to get done often pull at my attention causing distractions.
I figure 9 hours a week (3 days @ 3 hours) at the library I will acomplish more then I would 9 hours at home. Focus is key and to do that you need to minimize distractions. In this way I also feel that the library is a better choice over a busy coffee shop. But possibly you don’t mind that hussle, find what works!
Ok well… I need to get back to work!
Have a great day!
Vacation Time - Trip to Canada! Home sweet home!
Finally a vacation! I moved to california 12 years ago and between waiting on the green card, and custody issues (yay), I have been a long time coming home.
Actually, I was home three years ago for a few days for a furneral - that trip does not count.
This trip is also special because my daughter finally gets to meet her family - she has never met one person on my side of the family! Also, this trip is double special, as my dear cousin Allison, is getting married - this is an ideal time to catch up and reconnect. It’s been a bit of a heart ache missing my family; but now all legalities have been taking care of - we will be traveling so much more. Our next trip will be in August of this year.
I have to add - because this is a blog about making money on the internet and living a great life - that this trip has been totally possible because of my online business. Right now, I am sitting in Aunts living room; in Canada, receiving payment notifications! I can now have the time and money to live the life I want!
So please book mark this blog - leave your comments and webpage links, and stay tuned - things are really starting to get good around here!
