Not long after I requested my start-up kit I received it via UPS ( remember, I did not purchase the suggested start up kit as it was too much $$ at the time - now I reqret it! See below posts.).

I was very happy with what I receive for the price I paid. However: I did find some of the samples were busted open. I had 7 sample packs of dog and cat food damaged.
